These paintings were ordered as Christmas gifts.  The first is from a daughter to her parents, of the house she grew up in. They had recently moved, and this was the perfect nostalgic gift for them to remember the house where their children grew up.
The next is from a wife to a husband, to celebrate their first house together and so many memories they have built starting their family.

Digital Exhibition "Self Portraits: Artists Respond to COVID-19"

I'm honored to have two watercolor paintings included in The Florence O'Donnell Wasmer Gallery at Ursuline College fully digital exhibition, "Self Portraits: Artists Respond to COVID-19," which will be on view from April 24 - May 22, 2020. She became a teenager during the pandemic. I knew I had to visually document this moment in time for her. Safari Birthday Invitation

It was so wonderful to meet Roxy from California. Her little boy is turning the big 1.  She loved the Safari invitations featured on my blog and thought it would work perfectly for her big Birthday party plans this November. These safari invitations were inspired by all things travel – passports, boarding passes – and of course cute animals! I received the sweetest note from her afterwards: “ Hey there! I received the invites for my sons Safari birthday party and I love them!!! The party ALREADY looks like a great time and I still have a few weeks to go! I have already started recommending you and ordering invites from you was such an easy process and thank you for working with me one on one to get the look I requested!!! A million thanks!!!
