It was so great to be back at Saks Fifth Avenue’s Beachwood location for a 2-hour live sketch event for their beauty department. I painted fashion illustrations of guests and perfume bottles. I really appreciate this opportunity and I hope to work with them again soon! The beauty team is amazing to work with. I’m so honored to have 2 watercolor paintings included in Ursuline College’s Florence O’Donnell Wasmer Gallery’s group exhibit, “2019 Summer Mash-Up!,” on view from June 7 -28. The exhibit features joyful, evocative, and powerful work created by 55 emerging and established artists and curated by Wasmer Gallery Director Anna Arnold. The Opening Reception was on Friday, June 7, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with live music by Gruve Tonic. The energy in the room was electrifying! Great music, fun atmosphere, and a diverse collection of art from Cleveland’s talented artists. This is a must-see exhibition of beautiful and inspiring pieces. The media range includes painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, dolls, quilting, and batik. If you missed the opening, be sure to get to the gallery during their regular hours to see this collection of art by June 28. Admission to the Wasmer Gallery is free. Last week I had a wonderful opportunity to work with one of my dream clients, Saks Fifth Avenue. I did a 3-hour long Live Fashion Illustration Sketch event for their fragrance week celebration at their Beachwood store in Cleveland, OH. I was extremely excited when I got their call! Live events have become one of my all-time favorite things about my career! I love partnering with store associates to provide a unique service for their clients. Interacting with customers and creating something special and personalized for them is an amazing experience.  My style is a blend of mixed media, with watercolor and ink as the signature elements. At this event I painted fashion illustrations of guests, perfume bottles, and even a few special requests – since it was Mother’s Day weekend.  I really appreciate this opportunity and I hope to work with them again soon! I had a wonderful time writing calligraphy on Christmas cards at Tiffany & Co’s Cleveland, OH location for their special Saturday shopping event in December. Their staff is amazing and the clients were such a delight!  I had fun making a few illustrations to add to the excitement of the event for social media. The room I was set up in was gorgeous!  I brought a selection of inks so clients could customize their cards. Cards were purchased from Papyrus and I added calligraphy to the fronts, as well as adding special messages inside, and on the envelopes. Thank you to the team at Tiffany & Co for having me!

I've added a few pieces of my art to the fine art print collection. All fine art prints are printed on watercolor paper and mounted to your choice of mat board or foam core. All are produced in the USA.

I'm so excited to share that I will be the calligrapher at Tiffany & Co Cleveland on December 15, from noon to five o'clock. I drew this fun fashion illustration to celebrate my excitement!

I just adore painting watercolor illustrations as commissioned art.  An illustrated house is the perfect way to gift an amazing personalized present!  This painting was ordered as a Christmas gift.  The homeowner wanted her dog in the illustration. Look closely on the porch and you will see him! I thought this was such a lovely personalized touch!
