Birthday Invitations

It’s Birthday Season in my house! I had so much fun designing invitations for my little one’s birthdays this year.

Gabi liked the idea of a Barbie inspired party theme, but I decided to take it one step further and make her the Barbie character! I drew a fun caricature of her and placed it into a pink sequins filled setting – perfect for my little diva!

Jake wanted an animal theme, so I made him Safari ticket inspired invitations. I used the bookmark size format to resemble a ticket. This is great for a child's birthday party and this format is actually very affordable printing (I charge $60 for 50 bookmark size invitations.) I think it came out really fun & cute!

What themes are you looking into for your little one’s parties? Let me know if I can help with invitations to set your tone.

Logo Design - J & E Tent Rental

I was thrilled to work with Emily from J & E Tent Rental in creating a new logo for her company. I was inspired by the beautiful photos on her site, and wanted to create a logo that communicated the same message. The final design communicates style & elegance that her tents can bring to an event: She has a huge selection of tents ranging from casual to elegant to accent any occasion. If you are planning an outdoor event in the Atlanta area, check out her website http://j-etentrental.com It is so rewarding to me to visually make a client’s ideas come to life. Birthday Invitations

I'm thrilled to show you two party invitations that were a delight to create!   I was so happy when I was contacted by Charkia to design her daughter's first birthday invitation using a carnival theme. I just adore the look of vintage circus posters and the fun bright colors blissfully whimsical. It was printed on pure white semi gloss cardstock with a glossy coating on the photo side. I think the end result is absolutely adorable, and will serve as a keepsake from the special day. Have you heard of Elegant 18 birthdays? I absolutely love the theme that Raquel is planning for her daughter Desiree (love that we share the same first name!) It's a red-carpet premier party! I had a lot of fun with wording on this custom design. You can't tell from this photo, but she opted to have it printed on pearlized glitter card stock, which adds another layer of star-studded quality to set the stage for the big event. Thank you Raquel and Happy Birthday...
