Ceci's Carnival Theme Birthday Invitation

Doesn’t this party sound like a blast?  I just adore the look of vintage circus posters and find the typography to be blissfully whimsical. So when Michele asked me to create a first birthday invitation with this theme, I was beyond thrilled with all the possibilities!

In creating the look I was inspired by antique circus advertisements and punched up the color to make it fun and modern for this adorable little girl’s special day. Everything from the design of the invitation to the writing I created was truly custom for the big event. It was printed on pure white semi gloss cardstock with a glossy coating on the photo side. I think the end result is absolutely adorable!

It grabs your attention – and being that there is a side of the invitation devoted to a photo of the little princess, it’s the kind of card that people keep out on display long after the party has ended!
Thank you Michele and Happy Birthday Ceci!

She became a teenager during the pandemic. I knew I had to visually document this moment in time for her. It's a blend of emotions, and I hope the viewer sees when they look at it.   "When" is my self portrait during the pandemic . It started very dark but then I wanted to lighten it up for hope for

Yo Gabba Gabba CD labels

Hi everyone! It’s been awhile since my last post. I’ve been very busy with work, but I do have a couple new designs to show today. I recently met Stephanie and Tiffany who have adorable little boys celebrating big birthdays. My Yo Gabba Gabba party favor CD labels worked perfectly with their themes. I was happy to create these scenes of MC and Yoshy dancing with her favorite TV show characters. It is so adorable and is sure to be enjoyed by family & friends many times over! Happy Birthday to these very cool boys!
