The Design Process

1. Consultation

nce I’ve received initial contact from you, we begin by gathering information through a personal consultation. I am available via email, phone, or skype. Technology adds to the convenience of working with me! If you already have an idea or found something you like in my blog, we can start from there. Your event is important to me, so we will work together to create something truly unique that serves as a memorable keepsake. Your stationery sets the tone of your event and reflects your personal style. It helps for me to get an idea of the colors, imagery and wording to create a custom design that works for you.  What I will be asking to better understand your needs, are the following:

Your event or occasion
Wording (including any middle names, parent names, special quotes)
Quantity — it is recommended to add an extra 10% to the order
Event details — timing, locations, full addresses of all venues
Reply date — typically 4 weeks prior to your event
RSVP information — address/email. Do you require meal options or number of children?

 After the consultation is complete, you will receive a quote within 2 business days.

2. Design Concepts

When you decide that you would like to proceed I will begin turning your vision in to reality. I will provide custom layouts for you to review, usually within 2-3 weeks, or based upon your schedule. After I receive your feedback, the chosen design will move forward.
At this time, a 50% deposit will be required.

3. Proofs & Revisions 

You will receive your proofs by email. This is the time for minor changes and necessary corrections — usually two is all it takes. Should your revisions exceed 3 proofs, an additional fee of $10 per proof will apply.

4. Final Approval & Printing

When everything is complete a final digital proof will be provided prior to production. Carefully look over this proof for spelling and dates. Once I receive final approval back from you no further changes can be made. After your final approval has been received you will be billed for the balance of the project, including the shipping fees. Once received, printing and shipping will begin.

Photo Enhancing

Minor corrections including: cropping, color enhancement, blemish removal and conversion of color photos to black and white or sepia are available.

Color Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to printing processes.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled anytime before final proof approval will be processed for a 50% cancellation fee. Orders that have been proofed and approved cannot be canceled. Because each piece is custom printed, I cannot accept returns. Once your order is processed, all sales are final.
